1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stia mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stia is an AI companion application that allows users to interact with AI-powered characters. The App provides entertainment through simulated conversations and virtual companionship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stia. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Interfere with the App’s normal operation

6. AI-Generated Content

All conversations and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are not from real humans
  • AI characters do not possess real emotions or consciousness
  • Information provided may not always be accurate
  • AI responses should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice

7. Subscription, Trial & billing

Stia may offer paid subscription plans with a trial period. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • A trial fee of ₹5 will be charged at the start of the trial period
  • The trial period lasts for 7 days
  • After the trial ends, the remaining subscription amount will be automatically charged based on the selected plan
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the trial or billing period
  • You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform (e.g., Google Play / App Store)

No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of the App are owned by Stia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior toward other users or the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
